Trying to get back in the swing of things. I have started eating right and actually enjoy low carb food so much better than anything else. I dont wake up first thing in the morning hungry anymore.( of course I still need my coffee)

"Stop eating to please others. Ever feel pressured to eat something you’d rather not in order to avoid disappointing someone? Take back your right to say no: Ask yourself, “Is it reasonable for them to have such a strong reaction if I don’t eat? Isn’t my goal of losing weight legitimate?”"

Buffet

Got to visit my son we went to Golden Coral it an all you can eat buffet. I usually try an avoid them. But I found quite a bit of low carb food Brussels sprouts and baked chicken etc.
I found it interesting they had huge bottles of hand sanitizer there all over the place. This is cool I think buffets should have done that years ago not just when there is a flu scare.

Weight 400

I switched my beverage consumption to stevia flavored water with true lemon. I am trying to give up the others. I am down to 400 really bugs me but I am close.
Today I had KFC grilled chicken kind of bland. The dark meat is way better than the white and I am usually a white meat chicken person. From now on I will just buy a rotisserie chicken from the store!

I ate cherries in the can. they were so sweet it was hard to eat not having many carbs in the house what could I do. well needless to say that wont happen again. I am using seprate containers for each vial.

Live Long And Prosper On A Low Carb Diet

Low-carbohydrate diets may eventually prove themselves to have life-extending properties. In animal research, the only consistent intervention that produces increases in life span is calorie-restriction. Whether the same applies to humans has not yet been established, but we do know that cutting calorie intake often produces marked improvements in important health parameters, such as blood glucose control. Unfortunately, telling people to voluntarily limit their calorie intake on a long-term basis tends to be a very poorly-received piece of advice. Low carbohydrate diets, however, may render such unpopular admonitions redundant. Dietary intervention studies have revealed a rather unique phenomenon; subjects following low carbohydrate diets, despite being told to limit only carbohydrate intake and to eat unrestricted amounts of protein and fat, often inadvertently reduce their total calorie intake to levels similar to those seen in subjects who have been explicitly instructed to lower their total calorie intake.
