I havent posted in a long tome my father who I dearly loved passed away June 6. I have not been able to stick to a very good eating plan since.

I'm so sad to hear about your father's death Paul. I don't know if you've been reading my blog but I've gone through nearly 3 weeks of hell sure that my dad was either going to die or be brain damaged. Thankfully he made it through. My heart goes out to you.
