2 Coffee with 2 teaspoon cream 30 calories
3 oz tuna 90 calories 1 carb

4 slices bacon 180 calories
4 eggs cooked in bacon fat 320

Total calories for day 1048 carbs 43
Weight 420.8


Breakfast was unusual today I woke up with low blood sugar and needed something quick. The mini wheat's I would never have usually. Then I had to run out to the bank and needed to grab something at McDonald's. I don't like egg MC muffins they use liquid margarine. So I used up more carbs than I wanted.
My carb total was 42 by 5 pm no more carbs allowed for today.

Sounds like a less-than-perfect day but you still did really well considering the situations. Great work!

I need to eat more calories and less carbs I am getting over a cold and didn't have much of an appetite

I have to agree, but that's totally doable for you :)
