Paul, I hope everything works out okay for your son. It probably will. We all get off track, and then we get back on again. Start over Monday! Actually CONTINUE the good you already started. You're not at square one.

Paul,

Lynn said it best. Just try to build on the small victories you've already made - like Wednesday's menu.

I'm very sorry to hear about your son's current trial. He seems to have gotten through so much already. And, if he was strong enough to do that ... he can make it through this as well.

Try and stay strong, for your son and family and for yourself. They all need you - a healthy you.

Paul, I can only join the rest of the guys and hope that everyhting will turn out just ok for your son. I know how stressful and frightning those scary moments can be. Stay strong, and God willing it will just be a little life's bump in a road, thats all!

Paul, I'm sorry to hear about your son's trouble. I will keep him in my prayers. (I don't need to know his name, God knows who he is :) )

As for your menus, please post them anyway. You can look back later and say 'see, I was going through a hard time and I got through it' I have kept track of my menus now for over a year. I wish I would have kept track of the 'bad' ones too.

Best wishes to you and yours.

I'm sorry to read about your son. Don't worry about Thanksgiving. Even with my best intentions I ate largely of everything on Friday and Sunday! LOL

Checking in too, Paul.

No pressure but I'd love to see you blogging - whenever you can.

Remember, what's good for you is also good for all those that love you and whom you love.

Take care.
