6 oz pork 5 slices cheese low sodium ham 4oz coffee hunts jello with splenda turkey 4 oz cheese 4 oz beef soup 2 eggs 2 sausages butter bacon 1 medium apple I had an apple today it looked so good it was the first apple I had in a long time. I am slowly making choices I chose a small apple rather than a 100 calorie pack of chips ahoy cookies I think I made a better choice.
4 oz of turkey 2 oz Wisconsin pepper jack cheese coffee w cream v8 8oz can 2 oz pork 1/2 cup cottage cheese sunflower seeds diet rc 2 oz cheddar coffee w cream I love the way I feel in the morning when I follow my eating plan,Im not sluggish like I usually am. weight 418 long road ahead but at least im moving forward

2 eggs butter 4 bacon coffee hamburger tomatoes cheese 5 slices bacon sharp Wisconsin chedder Finally getting back to this blog sorry I was away I feel bad when I fall down . My son has sarcoidosis but at least its not cancer so I feel much more at ease. Im getting in a routine will be posting more now. Thanks for all your support there is nothing like the low carb community.

Feeling Better

Ham Cheese Fish Baked Eggs Green Beans Chicken Wing Bacon Pretty good couple of days on this new system I feel it very easy to stay away from foods not on the list. I can feel more in control limiting myself to only a certain set of foods. This just may be the thing I have been looking for.
