Trying to get back in the swing of things. I have started eating right and actually enjoy low carb food so much better than anything else. I dont wake up first thing in the morning hungry anymore.( of course I still need my coffee)
"Stop eating to please others. Ever feel pressured to eat something you’d rather not in order to avoid disappointing someone? Take back your right to say no: Ask yourself, “Is it reasonable for them to have such a strong reaction if I don’t eat? Isn’t my goal of losing weight legitimate?”"
I havent posted in a long tome my father who I dearly loved passed away June 6. I have not been able to stick to a very good eating plan since.
On the run all day today had farm fresh eggs and nitrate free bacon for breakfast. Then I drove to see my dad in the hospital. I stopped by Culvers had a deluxe w/o the bun. I guess if we stay busy we eat less that is good!!
My stress level is up due to family being very ill but I still stay on track. I had three great pork chops today with brussel sprouts. Yesterday while visiting at the hospital I was so hungry I ate peanuts out of the vending machine. yuk!
I ate a little more than I wanted today but I got way more walking in today than usual. My faience is in the hospital with cellulites. I ate mostly meat and eggs today some tomatoes.
